Outdoor Vendors
Several dozen fresh fruit and vegetable vendors are lined along the East side of South 9th Street. Here, vendors can help you select and weigh fresh produce from local farms, at prices often lower than supermarket prices.
Generally speaking, the food stalls are open from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and on Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Many food stalls are closed on Mondays, although it varies by individual vendor. However, the majority of stores and restaurants remain open.
